Overview

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and the purchase of any classes, digital products, or educational content offered by Chad Lawson / Don't Miss Photography ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing or registering for any class or product, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL — NO REFUNDS

All purchases made through this website or any affiliated ticketing platform (including but not limited to Universe.com) are final and non-refundable. This applies to all ticket types, class registrations, digital products, and LUT packs without exception.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Purchasing a ticket and not attending the live event

  • Technical difficulties on the attendee's end preventing access

  • Scheduling conflicts or personal emergencies arising after purchase

  • Dissatisfaction with course content after delivery

  • Failure to receive digital content due to an incorrect email address provided at checkout

  • Purchasing the wrong ticket tier

We strongly encourage you to review all event details, ticket tier descriptions, and delivery timelines carefully before completing your purchase.

2. CLASS & EVENT REGISTRATION

  • Ticket purchases confirm your registration for the specific class or event selected at checkout.

  • Live virtual class access is limited to the ticket holder only. Sharing access links, login credentials, or recorded content with non-registered individuals is strictly prohibited.

  • The Google Meet link for live virtual events will be distributed approximately 1 hour before the event start time via the ticketing platform. It is the attendee's responsibility to check their email and spam/junk folder prior to the event.

  • Don't Miss Photography reserves the right to remove any attendee from a live session for disruptive, inappropriate, or disrespectful behavior without refund.

3. DIGITAL CONTENT & DELIVERY

  • All digital products including class recordings, LUT packs, and bonus materials will be delivered via email by the stated delivery date.

  • It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a valid, accurate email address at the time of purchase.

  • Don't Miss Photography is not responsible for digital content that is undelivered due to incorrect email addresses, full inboxes, or items filtered into spam/junk folders.

  • If you experience a delivery issue, you must contact us within 14 days of the stated delivery date. Requests made after this window may not be honored.

  • Digital products are for personal use only and may not be resold, redistributed, shared, or reproduced in any form.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All class content, recordings, LUT packs, course materials, and any associated digital products are the exclusive intellectual property of Chad Lawson / Don't Miss Photography. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, resale, or public sharing of any content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

5. EVENT CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

While we make every effort to deliver events as scheduled, Don't Miss Photography reserves the right to reschedule or cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a cancellation by us, registered attendees will be notified via email and offered a credit toward a future class. Refunds at our sole discretion may be considered only in the case of a full cancellation by Don't Miss Photography — not rescheduling.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Don't Miss Photography shall not be held liable for any technical issues, interruptions, or failures caused by third-party platforms including but not limited to Google Meet, Universe.com, or email service providers. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in or inability to access any event or digital product.
