Official Rules. No purchase necessary. Open to legal US residents 18 or older who are physically present at Marketing & Mimosas on August 16, 2026 at The Factory, 5616 New Peachtree Rd, Chamblee, GA 30341. One entry per person. Employees of Chad Lawson Photography LLC and Billboard Hotline and their immediate families are not eligible.

Drawing. One winner is selected at random and announced from the stage at the close of the event. You must be physically present and claim in person when your name is called. If the winner is not present or does not respond within three minutes, the prize is forfeited and a new name is drawn.

Prize. One 1-hour brand refresh photo session with Chad Lawson Photography including five retouched digital images, plus one day of nationwide digital billboard placement courtesy of Kaysaidit the owner of Billboard Hotline.

Photo session. The session takes place at Chad Lawson Photography's studio in Atlanta, GA. The session must be redeemed and completed on or before December 31, 2026, subject to studio availability. Unused sessions expire and have no value after that date. The winner selects five images from the delivered proof gallery. Hair, makeup, wardrobe, styling, props, travel, additional hours, and additional edits are not included.

Billboard. Artwork is supplied by the winner and is subject to Billboard Hotline's approval and content standards. Market, placement, and run date are scheduled subject to inventory availability. Design services are not included.

Scheduling. The winner will be contacted at the email and phone number provided within seven business days of the event, on or before August 25, 2026, to arrange scheduling. If the winner does not respond within fourteen days of that contact, the prize may be forfeited.

General. Prizes are non-transferable, cannot be resold, have no cash value, and cannot be substituted except by the sponsor. The winner is responsible for all applicable taxes. By accepting, the winner consents to use of their name, likeness, and session images for promotional purposes. Void where prohibited.
