The Booking Process
Step 1: Complete the Form Below
Every shoot gets a fully itemized custom quote, and I have four prebuilt packages you can book as is or scale up if you're not sure what you need yet. You must complete the form to receive pricing. As soon as you submit, you'll get an automated email with a link to my full pricing guide so you can review what fits your project and budget. All bookings have a 1.5 hour minimum. The minimum package investment is $650. Full details, terms, and policies are all in that guide.
Step 2: I Follow Up
I respond to all inquiries within 1 to 3 business days. After reviewing your concept, I'll let you know what type of session I think will bring your vision to life, and if it calls for additional crew or production support, I'll lay out those options too. If your request is urgent, reply directly to that automated email and let me know. Be sure to check the box consenting to text messages so you also get a text you can reply to. That's the fastest way to reach me.
Step 3: Retainer and Booking
Once we agree on the scope, I'll send an invoice for a non-refundable retainer equal to 50% of your session total. Your shoot date isn't held until the retainer is paid.
Step 4: Pre-Production Call, Shoot, Delivery
After the retainer clears, we'll have a pre-production call to confirm your shoot details and make sure everyone's on the same page. After the shoot you get a proof gallery, pick your selects, and I retouch and deliver the finals ready to use.
FAQ
Q: Do I have to fill out the form to see pricing?
A: Yes. Pricing is sent automatically after you submit the form. You'll get an email with a link to the full guide within seconds.
Q: Can I just book a package as is?
A: Absolutely. The four packages are bookable as is, and they show exactly how I price down to each line item. You can also use one as a starting point and scale it up.
Q: What if none of the packages fit what I need?
A: That's what the custom quote is for. Every quote is fully itemized so you can see what you're paying for and adjust from there.
Q: What's the shortest session you'll book?
A: 1.5 hours. That's a hard minimum and I don't go below it for any project.
Q: How long until I hear back?
A: 1 to 3 business days. If it's urgent, reply to the automated email and say so, or reply to the text.
Q: Why does it matter if I consent to texts?
A: Because it's the fastest way to reach me. If you don't check that box, email is your only option and it will take longer.
Q: What's due to lock in my date?
A: A nonrefundable retainer of 50% of your session total. Your date is not held until that invoice is paid. The remaining balance is due per the terms on your invoice.
Q: Is the retainer refundable?
A: No. It covers holding your date and turning down other work for that slot.
Q: Do you handle locations, crew, or a full production team?
A: I can, but it's not automatic. After I review your concept I'll tell you what the shoot actually needs, and if that includes extra crew or production support, those options get quoted separately.
Q: What happens after the shoot?
A: You get a proof gallery, pick your selects, and I retouch and deliver the finals ready to use.
Q: Where do I find your full terms and policies?
A: Everything is in the pricing guide that's emailed to you automatically after you submit the form. Rates, package breakdowns, turnaround, usage, and all policies are covered there. If something isn't answered, reply to that email and ask.
